Senior Water Resources Engineer

• Lead and conduct river restoration-related design projects
• Collaborate with senior staff to propose on and win work with existing and new clients
• Train and mentor staff with diverse skill sets and backgrounds
• Manage projects and specialize in hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, construction documents, and AutoCAD Civil 3D

This role directly contributes to restoring riverine and wetland ecosystems, enhancing biodiversity, and promoting sustainable water resource management, benefiting both people and the environment.

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in civil, agricultural, or environmental engineering with emphasis on water resources
• Professional Civil Engineering license from California, ability to obtain licensure in Oregon and other states
• Familiarity with natural systems and thorough understanding of river restoration
