Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead the design and delivery of a global risk function that underpins the Group's growth strategy
  • Work closely with the Board and executive leadership to shape risk strategy and embed a disciplined corporate risk culture
  • Build a centralized global risk platform to ensure consistent governance, compliance with best practice, and proactive management of enterprise-wide risks
  • Chair the Global Risk Management Committee and lead a high-performing international team

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Proven leadership of senior teams (4+ direct reports), ideally in energy trading, financial services, or commodities
  • Extensive experience communicating with senior stakeholders, drafting documents, and delivering presentations
  • Extensive experience in enterprise risk management, including market and credit risk
  • Deep understanding of physical and renewable energy markets, trading instruments, and risk modeling
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks across UK (Ofgem), US (FERC), and Australian (AEMO) energy sectors
