Prospectus is recruiting for a Senior Trusts and Foundations Officer for a UK-based charity that provides free, confidential support to people who are grieving after the death of someone close to them. This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis with a salary of £32,000 per annum. This is a remote role with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

The Senior Trusts and Foundations Officer will be responsible for:
* Proactively securing and growing income from a large portfolio of charitable trusts and foundations
* Working collaboratively with funders and teams across the organisation to develop and submit compelling proposals
* Ensuring high quality applications focused on an agreed range of cases for support, funder reporting, and prospect research

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:
* Significant experience in successfully securing income from trusts and foundations
* Demonstrable experience of securing four and five figure grants
* Experience in managing a large portfolio of funders, with a high level of autonomy
