Senior Technical Program Manager, Operations, Expansions

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies for various operations and expansion projects including local network upgrades, pilot workstations, new vendor bring up, expansion to new cities/countries, User and remote operator interfaces, and teleoperation expansions.
• Lead and coordinate efforts across engineering teams, product managers, operations teams, policy, and business stakeholders
• Gather requirements, align priorities, and communicate project status updates effectively to non technical leaders.
• Develop and implement processes that streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

This role helps transform robotic deliveries from surprising novelty to efficient ubiquity, taking deliveries away from congested streets to make them available to more people and benefit local businesses.

• BS degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent job experience
• 5+ years of experience in engineering program management or technical program management
• 5+ years experience with software, hardware, or autonomous systems
• Strong technical knowledge of autonomous systems: including testing, bring up, integration, and deployment

Base salary range (Canada – all locations): $130k - $165k. Travel up to 5% of the time for team meetings in various locations across the US.
