Senior Technical Lead

Core responsibilities:

• Lead and drive hands-on design and development of complex .NET applications
• Own technical delivery for one or more applications or domains, defining and reviewing technical designs
• Guide teams through modernization initiatives, including legacy-to-modern transitions
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and maintainability expectations

This role creates positive change by developing and maintaining critical laboratory information management systems and platforms that support DNA sequencing, genotyping, and bioinformatics services for pharmaceutical, diagnostics, food, agriculture, biotechnology, and research markets worldwide.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 12–15 years of hands-on experience in software development using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, WPF, XAML, MVVM, and Angular
• Strong experience in enterprise application development with solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
• Experience with REST APIs, WCF, backend integrations, and SQL Server
• Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
