What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical resource for retailers, distributors, and growers in geographies without dedicated regional sales management coverage
  • Provide direct agronomic support to retailers and distribution partners, including product positioning and transition support from conventional phosphorus programs to RhizoSorb®
  • Deliver trainings to retail and distributor sales teams through field visits, meetings, and industry events
  • Lead the company's technical agronomy function, manage our Technical Agronomist, and contribute to strategic decisions regarding team growth, territory design, and technical coverage

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agribusiness or related field from an accredited university or college
  • At least 8 years of agronomic experience, with an emphasis on row crops (corn and soybean preferred)
  • Prior experience in a field-facing agronomy, technical support, or similar role
  • Deep understanding of regional agricultural crops, market practices
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel 50-75% to support customers, training, industry events
  • Demonstrated knowledge of agronomy with practical experience and familiarity with standard agronomic practices
