Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support the design and delivery of Learning & Development (L&D) programs, including manager trainings, DISC assessments, global employee learning sessions, culture initiatives, and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives.
- Own the annual talent calendar, including timelines, instructions, communications, and guidance for performance reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Coordinate engagement, new hire, and exit surveys in partnership with HR and leaders, including timelines, audiences, and communications.
- Manage talent data and systems around succession and talent reviews; build reports and dashboards to provide insights that inform people and business decisions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or HR roles.
- Demonstrated experience designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs (e.g., manager trainings, DISC, global employee learning, culture and DEI initiatives).
- Strong knowledge of talent processes, including performance management, succession planning, and engagement surveys.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics; ability to build reports and dashboards and interpret insights.
