About the Role

The Senior Talent Delivery & Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume engineering roles across India. This role will involve building talent and attraction strategies, partnering with hiring managers and HR teams, and delivering a world-class onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume engineering roles across India — from building talent and attraction strategies to ensuring a world-class onboarding experience.
• Partner with hiring managers, engineering leads, and HR teams to deeply understand role requirements and business needs.
• Design and deliver data-driven sourcing strategies that attract top-tier talent across multiple platforms and networks.
• Build proactive pipelines of engineers and technical specialists in a competitive market.
• Coach hiring managers on best practices hiring, industry market trends, and ensuring a world-class candidate engagement.
• Champion a diverse and inclusive hiring process that aligns with our values and culture.
