Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Develop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract qualified CDL driver candidates.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR throughout the recruitment life cycle to deliver high-quality talent.
• Conduct phone interviews, schedule interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience through onboarding.

This role helps Air Products attract and hire drivers who safely deliver industrial gases and hydrogen solutions, contributing to cleaner energy and environmental sustainability.

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting or staffing experience for CDL positions.
• Solid experience using applicant tracking systems such as Workday and Tenstreet.
• Proficiency in proactive sourcing using resume databases, Boolean/x-ray search, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
