- Develop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract qualified CDL driver candidates.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR throughout the recruitment life cycle to deliver high-quality talent.
- Conduct phone interviews, schedule interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience through onboarding.

- Minimum 3 years of recruiting or staffing experience for CDL positions.
- Solid experience using applicant tracking systems such as Workday and Tenstreet.
- Proficiency in proactive sourcing using resume databases, Boolean/x-ray search, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
