Senior Systems Analyst

• Serve as product owner for the systems supporting Tradewater's Supply team, managing configuration, enhancement requests, and user enablement.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery—from requirements gathering and scoping through design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Document and standardize Supply processes, developing clear, up-to-date process maps that align with system functionality and governance standards.
• Configure and optimize existing platforms, reducing reliance on customization and ensuring long-term sustainability.

This role enables Tradewater to scale its climate impact by optimizing systems and processes that support the identification, collection, and mitigation of super pollutants, directly contributing to the fastest, most cost-effective climate strategies available today.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or product ownership roles.
• Professional-level experience with systems like Caspio (preferred), Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, and SharePoint, including configuration, workflow design, and data management.
• Technical proficiency in SQL and JavaScript, with strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into system specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in Agile environments and ability to lead projects independently.

The expected annual salary range for a U.S. based candidate is between $100,000-120,000 USD.
