What you will drive

  • Serve as product owner for the systems supporting Tradewater's Supply team, managing configuration, enhancement requests, and user enablement.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery—from requirements gathering and scoping through design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Document and standardize Supply processes, developing clear, up-to-date process maps that align with system functionality and governance standards.
  • Configure and optimize existing platforms, reducing reliance on customization and ensuring long-term sustainability.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or product ownership roles.
  • Professional-level experience with systems like Caspio (preferred), Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, and SharePoint, including configuration, workflow design, and data management.
  • Technical proficiency in SQL and JavaScript, with strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into system specifications.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in Agile environments and ability to lead projects independently.
