Senior System Administrator

• Lead high-impact IT infrastructure projects (IDP, MDM, ITAM) from conception to completion, ensuring global scalability.
• Proactively remediate security vulnerabilities and maintain compliance with SOC2 and ISO frameworks.
• Provide L2+ technical support and mentorship to junior staff for a global, asynchronous workforce.
• Leverage AI tools (Gemini, Claude) to automate workflows, develop SOPs, and enhance operational efficiency.

• 4+ years in systems administration or infrastructure engineering in a high-growth environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in PowerShell and Python for automation.
• Strong experience with cloud and endpoint management tools (Google Workspace, Azure, MDM, SharePoint).
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification required; project management certification a plus.
