Senior Supply Chain Automation Developer

• Design and build low-code/no-code applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• Rapidly prototype solutions to address operational bottlenecks using Python, SQL, and AI tools where applicable
• Model, transform, and integrate supply chain data to enable smart automation and decision support
• Focus deeply on UI/UX to ensure adoption and usability of solutions
• Collaborate closely with process engineers and SMEs to understand business context and iterate solutions

• Deep experience in technical development, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code platforms
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to align technical output to business needs
• Enjoys navigating ambiguity and solving messy real-world operational challenges
• 15+ years experience building digital solutions in supply chain, operations, IT, or consulting environments
• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, RPA tools, forms development, and Python/SQL
• Experience applying AI in process automation (e.g. GPT prompts, document parsing, chatbots, etc.)
• Strong UI/UX sensibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
