Mission
What you will drive
- Conduct landscape research and develop project work from idea to execution, including designing scenario-planning exercises, learning cohorts, and strategy convenings.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships across the progressive movement to identify scenarios and tools that shape goals and strategies.
- Manage projects, staff, fellows, and consultants, ensuring timely communication and proactive problem-solving.

- 5+ years progressive leadership experience with a track record of effective project and people management.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to juggle competing priorities.
