Senior Strategist

• Conduct landscape research and develop project work from idea to execution, including designing scenario-planning exercises, learning cohorts, and strategy convenings.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships across the progressive movement to identify scenarios and tools that shape goals and strategies.
• Manage projects, staff, fellows, and consultants, ensuring timely communication and proactive problem-solving.

This role helps progressive movement organizations build resilience, prepare for future challenges, and develop strategies for long-term change, contributing to a more just and joyful future.

• 5+ years progressive leadership experience with a track record of effective project and people management.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships across organizations and movements.
• Deep commitment to advancing social and economic justice, with experience in organizing highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to juggle competing priorities.
