What you will drive

  • Deliver effective stakeholder and community engagement strategies for transmission investment projects across a geographical region.
  • Lead a team of Community Liaison Officers and a Content Creator to build positive local relationships and enhance corporate reputation.
  • Develop and implement bespoke communication plans covering the full project lifecycle, including consenting and delivery phases.
  • Foster collaboration with contractors to drive social value and manage events, media, and digital content.

What makes you a great fit

  • Degree or professional qualification in Communications or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and community liaison across project lifecycles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to manage challenging discussions.
  • Managerial experience, ideally in a project or energy industry environment; full UK driver's license.
