Core responsibilities:
- Serve as a master problem solver by distilling complex, multi-layered technical challenges into simple, elegant solutions that align with core business goals and architectural integrity.
- Influence high-impact decisions and take ownership of end-to-end system considerations, acting as a hands-on leader to drive execution and solve critical issues within the trenches.
- Champion a "platform-first" approach by consolidating tools and simplifying technical stacks to streamline analysis, resolution, and overall system quality across firmware and cloud domains.
- Drive strategic execution by designing high-performance systems that ensure long-term scalability and reliability, including Cloud Backend, automated deployments, and Infrastructure-as-Code.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, specifically focused on the integration of hardware, firmware, and cloud ecosystems.
- Deep expertise in C/C++ for RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr) or Bare-metal environments, and a strong understanding of MCU/MPU architectures.
- Proven experience architecting backends for IoT, utilizing Cloud Native services (Lambda/Functions, Kubernetes, NoSQL, Event-driven architecture).
- Expert knowledge of device-to-cloud communication (MQTT, CoAP, HTTPS) and wireless protocols (Wi-Fi, BLE, Cellular).
