Senior Staff Software Engineer

Core responsibilities:

• Serve as a master problem solver by distilling complex, multi-layered technical challenges into simple, elegant solutions that align with core business goals and solution integrity.
• Influence high-impact decisions and take ownership of end-to-end system considerations, acting as a hands-on leader to drive execution and solve critical issues within the trenches.
• Champion a "platform-first" approach by consolidating tools and simplifying technical stacks to streamline analysis, resolution, and overall system quality.
• Drive strategic execution by designing high-performance systems that ensure long-term scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

This role enables electrification for all by designing, building, and deploying products that electrify the built environment, reduce carbon emissions, and slow the effects of climate change.

Required qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in cloud architecture/DevOps architecture roles
• Deep expertise in Cloud Native services (Lambda/Functions, Kubernetes, NoSQL, Event-driven architecture)
• Strong experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash)
• Expert proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and exposure to IaC tools
