Senior / Staff Product Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Develop and champion a compelling product vision and strategic roadmap for our molecular design platform, aligning scientific needs with Recursion's mission to industrialize drug discovery.
• Act as the vital bridge between scientists and technical teams, translating complex scientific requirements into clear, actionable product plans.
• Lead a cross-functional team of cheminformaticians, AI/ML scientists, and engineers to deliver high-impact tools for molecular design.
• Define and analyze metrics for product success, tool adoption, and scientific impact to ensure focus on critical priorities for accelerating drug discovery programs.

Your work will directly accelerate Recursion's drug discovery portfolio, drive partnerships, and contribute to the mission of decoding biology to radically improve lives by creating tools that empower scientists to design novel, high-quality drug candidates with unparalleled speed and precision.

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years (Senior) or 5+ years (Staff) of product management experience with a proven track record of launching complex, technical products.
• Deep experience with products that have significant AI/ML or data science components, comfortable with building, deploying, and improving machine learning systems.
• Demonstrated ability to apply customer-centric product principles, with passion for user research and feedback-driven development.
• Exceptional systems-thinking skills to deconstruct complex scientific and technical workflows and design scalable solutions.
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills to build relationships and align cross-functional teams across scientific and technical domains.

Compensation and benefits:

• Estimated annual base salary range: £72,800 to £116,100 (GBP)
• Eligible for annual bonus and equity compensation
