Senior Specification Consultant

• Prepare Architectural Specifications that reflect detailed project requirements
• Advise Clients on Design Responsibility issues, contract forms, procurement routes, and material usage
• Coordinate Architectural Specifications with Contract Conditions/Preliminaries and other discipline specifications
• Develop and maintain knowledge of technical standards, products, and innovation in the consultancy business

This role contributes to creating high-quality architectural specifications that ensure projects meet contractual requirements and technical standards, supporting the delivery of well-designed built environments.

• Experience in the preparation of Architectural Specifications
• Good technical knowledge of modern construction techniques, methodologies, and standards
• Knowledge of UK Construction procurement methodologies and their relation to Specification Documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and database applications; NBS Create experience desirable
