What you will drive
- Serve as the first point of contact and gateway to more advanced services, providing first-line support to customers and global HE networks.
- Respond to incoming customer calls, emails, and web inquiries efficiently with confidence and professionalism, logging tickets in Salesforce.
- Monitor case logs hourly and daily, working internally and with customers to resolve and close open cases while continuously learning about Hitachi Energy products and services.
- Act as a customer advocate for timely issue response, problem resolution, and escalation, reporting all activities taken toward resolving customer issues.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Sound electrical engineering background or bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline or higher.
- 10–12 years of hands-on experience in the engineering field, or fewer years in a customer service-oriented role within the electrical or utilities domain.
- Experience in troubleshooting and/or testing of GIS, high-voltage equipment, transformers, or similar electrical systems used in power plants, substations, or utilities sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with good command of English and ability to converse politely and effectively through telephone, live chat, or email.
