Senior Solution Consultant - Financial Services

• Execute pre-sales framework to engage customers, prospects, and partners via virtual and onsite meetings, drive the discovery process, lead product demonstrations, and identify areas where Workiva solutions align to address customer/prospect needs
• Demonstrate expertise across all of Workiva's domain areas - Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability Reporting - developing working knowledge of industries, departments, and use cases where Workiva can have an impact
• Translate the specific needs of the Financial Services industry into Workiva solutions
• Conduct process assessments with customers, build Proof of Concepts to validate requirements, build and present partner specific business cases

This role helps organizations address complex problems through Workiva's platform solutions, particularly in financial reporting, GRC, and sustainability reporting domains, enabling better compliance and operational efficiency.

• Requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 4 years and a Master's degree; or 2 years and a PhD
• Financial Services industry knowledge is valuable and will be essential to success in this role. Candidates should either bring existing expertise in banking, insurance, or asset management, or demonstrate strong aptitude and commitment to rapidly developing deep domain expertise in financial services workflows, regulations, and use cases
• Experience engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

• On Target Earnings (OTE) range in the US: 156,000.00 - 253,000.00 USD Annual
• Eligible for commission based on sales performance
