Senior Software Quality Engineer

• Build and evolve the quality platform, including infrastructure, automation, and developer tooling for testing and CI/CD.
• Partner on solution design and quality strategy, defining testable acceptance criteria and designing high-signal testing strategies.
• Improve engineering systems by analyzing production issues, building feedback loops, and expanding AI/agent capabilities.

This role directly enables SkySpecs to deliver reliable software for renewable energy asset management, accelerating the transition to clean energy by ensuring high-quality, observable systems that reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.

• 5+ years building and maintaining quality platforms, automated testing systems, or similar engineering systems for production software.
• Deep understanding of software quality across testing, observability, and production systems.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks, CI/CD quality gates, and production telemetry.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted and agentic development workflows.

Base salary dependent on experience and location. Eligible for discretionary annual bonus. Remote or hybrid work options available.
