Senior Software Product Engineering Manager (Remote)

Core responsibilities:

• Achieve expert understanding of custom software systems design, integration, and utilization
• Collaborate to define product strategy and build custom software roadmap based on business needs and ROI
• Lead feature development lifecycle from requirements gathering to release and documentation
• Manage and mentor a small team while continuously improving product workflows

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technology field
• 7+ years of software product engineering experience including business process engineering
• Demonstrated experience with programming languages like Python, Rust, C/C++/C#, R, or TypeScript
• Experience with product design, roadmapping, data analytics, data visualization, and UI/UX design
