Senior Software Implementation Engineer (m/f/x)

So you can make smarter, greener decisions powered by the deepest understanding of your supply chain. We are looking for a Senior Software Implementation Engineer (m/f/x) to join our team. As a Senior Software Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Makersite’s software for our customers. This includes working closely with our sales team to understand customer needs, designing and implementing custom solutions, and providing training and support to customers. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of our implementation process.

This role contributes to sustainable product development by enabling companies to make smarter, more responsible decisions through digital transformation, reducing environmental impact while optimizing performance across supply chains.

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in software implementation, configuration, and customization. Strong understanding of software development principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Experience with cloud-based software and APIs. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
