Senior Software Engineering Manager - Quality Tooling

• Deliver solutions to enable Quality, Engineering, and Client Teams to test Kaluza's software better
• Manage stakeholders and build relationships with clients directly
• Develop strategy and architecture to meet the needs of internal teams and clients
• Identify improvement opportunities for ways of working and enable teams to work efficiently while improving product quality

• Significant experience in an Engineering Management position, developing high performing cross functional teams
• Strong technology background in scalable distributed applications and excellent understanding of modern technologies
• Experience delivering test tools and frameworks, including test data management
• Track record of delivering high-quality, high-impact software effectively
