Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

• Collaborate with team members to define and implement product functionality
• Develop full stack solutions with technologies like Java, React/TypeScript, GraphQL, and SQL
• Integrate and use monitoring and analytics tools (Grafana, Countly)
• Utilize automated test frameworks like JUnit for quality assurance
• Participate in the entire development lifecycle from conception, design, implementation, to deployment and operations
• Engage in innovative problem solving to meet customer and user needs
• Contribute to continuous improvement in development practices

This role helps organizations across the Nordics and Europe understand their people better and improve well-being and engagement at work by developing a product that combines robust architecture with excellent user experience to create real value for users.

We seek engineers with:

• Relevant education in computer science, software development, or related fields, with several years of experience as a full stack developer
• Proficiency in technologies such as Java, React/TypeScript, GraphQL, SQL, and familiarity with automated testing frameworks (JUnit) and monitoring tools (Grafana, Countly). Experience and/or a strong interest in AI is considered a valuable bonus
• A positive growth mindset, can-do attitude, and understanding of agile methodologies
• Comfort taking initiative and driving technical tracks
• Understanding, speaking, and writing Danish – minimum CEFR B1, preferably B2 or higher
• Strong English skills, written and orally
