Senior Software Engineer

• Partner with Tech Lead and squad to design resilient systems within Laravel/React ecosystem that scale
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, fostering a culture of high engineering standards, observability, and "getting behind the wheel"
• Work closely with team to understand the 'why,' investigate unusual workflows, and help scope features that solve real-world problems for shippers and carriers
• Build shipper integrations, pricing primitives, and complex data structures that perform at scale

By reducing empty truck miles, improving visibility, and optimizing supply chains through technology, this role drives smarter, greener, and more efficient freight operations that benefit businesses and the environment.

• Minimum 2 years experience as Senior Engineer with 5-6 years overall experience building and maintaining production systems
• Strong PHP and Laravel or similar backend experience with practical TypeScript/React or modern front-end framework knowledge
• Experience with relational databases, schemas and performance optimization at scale
• Product-focused mindset with ability to break down problems, propose solutions, and own features from conception to delivery
