Senior Software Engineer

• Design and build frontend, APIs, backend services, and AI-powered capabilities for the Nsight Energy Intensity Platform.
• Lead technical and architectural decisions, driving ambiguous problems to shipped features.
• Develop scalable, secure APIs and evolve database schemas for a multi-tenant platform.
• Use AI-assisted tools to design, build, test, and operate software, and mentor teammates.

This role directly contributes to reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions in the cold chain and industrial sectors, helping the world's largest food and industrial operators optimize energy performance for a more sustainable future.

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong frontend experience with React and TypeScript; strong API design experience with REST or GraphQL.
• Solid experience with relational databases and schema design (PostgreSQL, SQL).
• Demonstrated use of modern AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) as a core part of daily workflows.
