Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Product Delivery team, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, building, testing and operating software solutions for logistics and manufacturing use cases including Robots, AGVs and other (semi) automated manufacturing equipment
• Working in a hybrid infrastructure environment (cloud and on-prem), managing complex software deployments at scale
• Bringing a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) mindset to monitor, maintain, and improve software uptime including reliable updates, latency, and efficiency
• Acting as a bridge between digital product delivery & physical logistics and manufacturing systems, ensuring both are aligned and integrated
• Helping define, monitor and evolve SLAs/SLOs as well as other important KPIs like OEE for critical systems

You will be part of transforming digital models into physical elements at scale through modular construction, helping create sustainable, affordable, and aspirational buildings for everyone while conserving the resources of our planet.

What you bring:

• You are an experienced software engineer with a background in manufacturing or logistics systems, Site Reliability Engineering or software system operations
• You possess practical experience in key areas of modern software development including infrastructure, observability, testing, deployment pipelines, quality assurance, and scaling
• You have operated and supported large-scale software systems in cloud and non-cloud environments (on-premise)
• You have worked in companies with strong operational cultures, ideally in logistics or manufacturing
• You are proficient with technologies including Kotlin/SpringBoot, Kubernetes, Linux, PostgreSQL, and Python/Bash is a plus
• You bring Cloud Operations experience (Azure is a bonus)
• You are familiar with monitoring and alerting practices for production systems
• You have experience defining and working with SLAs/SLOs
