Senior Software Engineer, Frontend (React)

• Own the frontend architecture of the flagship AI ordering product, defining the technical roadmap for next-generation web systems.
• Build and evolve Afresh's Corporate Hub, providing corporate stakeholders visibility into store-level ordering performance and centralized control.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Account Management, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and conduct code reviews.

By building intuitive, high-performance interfaces for grocery ordering, you directly help brick-and-mortar grocers reduce food waste and keep fresh food accessible to millions, contributing to climate change mitigation.

• 6+ years of software development experience with 4+ years building complex, scalable frontends using React.
• Strong mastery of React ecosystem, TypeScript, GraphQL, and experience with UI component libraries and design systems.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives from conception to launch with high autonomy.
• Desire to dive deep into complex systems and mentor junior engineers.

Salary range in Canada (CAD): $136,897 - $205,215. Remote work available in select US states and Canada. Equal opportunity employer.
