Senior Software Engineer

• Implement customer feedback (changes/enhancements) by understanding expectations clearly, designing, and building solutions
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution, including investigating complex issues, analyzing logs, and handling incidents
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and collaborate with development teams to implement permanent fixes
• Support deployment and release activities, validate post-deployment stability, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• 1 to 4 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications using Microsoft technologies (.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, WebAPI)
• Proficiency in Angular 7+, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and databases like Cosmos DB, Elastic Search, Redis, MSSQL
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, event-driven architecture, microservices, and AGILE/SCRUM methodologies
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, troubleshooting complex issues, and guiding junior team members
