Senior Software Engineer

• Develop high-fidelity simulation platforms that test and validate the safety and efficiency of Autonomous Vehicle Systems (ADS)
• Design, build, and maintain simulation platform infrastructure and test automation tooling for large-scale validation across diverse environmental and traffic conditions
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and define simulation needs and technical requirements
• Stay ahead of industry trends in simulation and automation technologies, integrating best practices to enhance efficiency, realism, and scalability

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electronics
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Passion for autonomous vehicle technology, solving complex problems, and developing innovative solutions
• Self-driven, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
• Bonus: Proficiency in Go programming, experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AI/ML experience in software development
