Senior Software Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure

• Collaborate and work cross-functionally amongst teams at Nuro to align on customer needs
• Build high-quality and scalable solutions for infrastructure-as-code, application deployment, production system monitoring, health status tracking, and performance improvements
• Build automation to improve developer experience, infrastructure reliability, and security

This role contributes to Nuro's mission of making autonomy accessible to all by building scalable cloud infrastructure that supports self-driving technology, empowering a safer, richer, and more connected future.

• You have start-up DNA: demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity of dynamic, start-up environment
• You have excellent communication skills
• You have software development skills, preferably in Python or Go
• You are experienced with developing in a public cloud environment
• You are experienced with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux
• You are experienced with building, scaling, and maintaining production systems
• You possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or closely related field or 3+ years of equivalent experience
