Senior Software Engineer, C&I

• Design and implement core platform features that solve for multiple constraints and use cases.
• Lead technical initiatives in React and provide guidance on front end best practices.
• Develop front end and back end solutions with an emphasis on front-end, ensuring high-quality code with automated testing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and stakeholders to contribute to high-impact projects.

This role directly contributes to building a scalable platform for demand response programs, enabling the integration of renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions, thus positively impacting our climate future.

• 5-7 years of professional software engineering experience with senior-level responsibilities.
• Senior level experience with React (preferably React 19) and Java (preferably Java 11+).
• Strong full-stack development experience including backend, frontend, and relational database modeling.
• Strong experience with automated testing (e.g., Jest, JUnit) and CI/CD pipelines.

Base salary range: $130,000 - $170,000 USD.
