What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Produce software by driving a fleet of agents, acting as a hybrid of individual contributor and manager to ship code through writing, planning, sharing context, and coaching
- Build the factory system for software development, including updating system prompts, creating automated verification loops, and writing skills for agents to understand the codebase and domain
- Stay on top of new technology developments and serve as the organization's radar for emerging tools and methodologies
- Develop expertise in agentic harnesses, evaluations, and best practices to enhance the Gravity Agent for customers
