Senior Software Engineer, Agent-Driven

Core responsibilities:

• Produce software by driving a fleet of agents, acting as a hybrid of individual contributor and manager to ship code through writing, planning, sharing context, and coaching
• Build the factory system for software development, including updating system prompts, creating automated verification loops, and writing skills for agents to understand the codebase and domain
• Stay on top of new technology developments and serve as the organization's radar for emerging tools and methodologies
• Develop expertise in agentic harnesses, evaluations, and best practices to enhance the Gravity Agent for customers

This role helps companies measure and reduce their carbon footprint through advanced software automation, directly contributing to climate change mitigation by enabling cost-saving energy efficiencies that reduce emissions.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience with some or all of: Golang, Postgres, React/Typescript, Docker, AWS, and Terraform (no carbon accounting knowledge required)
