Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience designing, developing, and delivering high-impact geospatial and water-resources applications
- Ability to learn and apply concepts in water-resources engineering, including flood modeling and mapping workflows
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including civil engineers, GIS specialists, and project managers
- Participation in design reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvement of software development practices
