Senior Software Development Lead (F/M/D)

• Serve as tech lead and software architect for the FFT digital platform on Azure, with end-to-end responsibility for design, development, and delivery of core business applications.
• Build an in-house development team while managing existing third-party development providers.
• Drive the full software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in software engineering, code quality, and delivery.
• Identify opportunities for innovation in data-driven applications, AI, and advanced analytics.

This role drives the digital transformation of filtration technologies, enabling more efficient and sustainable solutions that contribute to cleaner air and water, thereby supporting environmental sustainability and public health.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience with software development, software architecture design, and Azure DevOps/services.
• Strong background in modern software engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, code reviews, security).
• Experience in AI is a plus; excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluency in English.
