Senior Social Impact Specialist/Scientist

Core responsibilities:

• Lead the development of qualitative and quantitative methodologies and workplans for socio-economic and social impact studies
• Oversee field studies, surveys, and interviews with community and regional stakeholders for socio-economic assessment baselines
• Lead the development and delivery of community engagement plans and Indigenous consultation strategies
• Develop and execute social performance and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies across Canada

This role creates positive change by leading social impact assessments and community engagement strategies for infrastructure projects, ensuring social acceptance and responsible development while developing ESG strategies across Canada.

Required qualifications:

• Strong experience in socio-economic impact assessment, stakeholder and client relations, and strategic planning
• Significant expertise in community engagement and Indigenous consultation
• Senior-level experience with confidence in communicating with clients, stakeholders, and Indigenous communities
• Strong project management capabilities, business acumen, and organizational skills
