Senior Scoping Analyst

Core responsibilities:

• Lead consultative discovery sessions to uncover client business objectives and define project requirements
• Architect comprehensive Statements of Work that translate client needs into executable project plans with clear boundaries
• Translate client requirements into detailed Work Breakdown Structures and accurately forecast effort, duration, and resource requirements
• Act as strategic liaison between Sales, Legal, and Delivery teams during contract negotiations and facilitate Deal Desk reviews

This role helps organizations navigate uncertainty, maintain trust, and make decisions that stand up to scrutiny by ensuring their financial reporting, ESG, and GRC solutions are operationally viable and technically sound.

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years of experience in professional services, pre-sales, scoping, implementation, or technical consulting within SaaS industry
• Strong background in Audit, GRC, ESG, or corporate financial reporting
• Proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ, or estimation tools with background in formal bid management and proposal writing

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary range in the US: $99,000.00 - $159,000.00
• A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
