Senior Salesforce Developer & Scrum Master

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions focused on Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Order Management, including implementing Flows, Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Manage development lifecycles from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance, ensuring best practices in data management, security, and performance optimization within the Salesforce platform.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) for teams working on Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ projects, managing multiple tracks concurrently to align priorities, resources, and timelines.
• Coach team members on agile principles, remove impediments, foster collaboration, track sprint progress using tools like Jira, and promote CI/CD practices to improve velocity and product quality.

• BA/CS in Computer Science and 5+ years of experience in administration and development of Salesforce's Sales Cloud functionality, with at least 2+ years in architecting and designing for Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.
• Experience developing in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ, including designing, coding, and implementing APEX code Triggers, Classes, Components, Visualforce and Lightning components, SOQL and SOSL languages.
• Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, logical formulas, product configuration, complex pricing rules & sequence, quote configurator plugins & Salesforce CPQ APIs, and clear insight into Salesforce platform best practices and governor limits.
• Ability to navigate a complex enterprise setup, work with multiple cross-functional teams for release planning and deployment coordination, with strong attention to detail, multitasking, prioritization skills, versatility, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
