Mission
What you will drive
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will:
- Support the Regional AM Head in executing the regional AM sales growth plan/strategy and contribute to its ongoing development
- Create, develop and maintain new and existing client relationships, prepare and deliver presentations, and identify opportunities to submit bids
- Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to contract signature, including bid preparation and contract negotiation
- Provide senior oversight and coordination across the Northern Europe Sales Manager group, ensuring focus on priority opportunities

What makes you a great fit
Required skills, experience, and qualifications:
- Experience in planning and delivering sales activities for selling services in a B2B environment
- Experience in preparing, reviewing and analyzing tenders and proposals
- Experience working within the wind/solar/storage renewable energy sectors
- Strong ability to use Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and CRM (Salesforce ideally) systems
- A degree in business, engineering, management or similar is desirable, but proven sales background may be sufficient
