Mission
What you will drive
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will:
- Support the Regional AM Head in executing the regional AM sales growth plan/strategy and contribute to its ongoing development
- Create, develop and maintain new and existing client relationships, prepare and deliver presentations, and identify opportunities to submit bids
- Manage all relevant opportunities from initial enquiry through to contract signature, including preparation of bids and negotiation of contracts
- Provide senior sales leadership and coordination across Northern Europe, supporting Sales Managers through coaching, peer review and bid discipline

What makes you a great fit
Required skills, experience, and qualifications:
- Experience in planning and delivering sales activities for selling services in a B2B environment, particularly in renewable energy sectors (wind/solar/storage)
- Excellent communication skills for leading teams, presenting services, and developing tenders; strong numerical analysis skills for cost modeling
- Knowledge of renewable energy sectors, sales processes, key account management, and contractual terms for Asset Management
- A degree in business, engineering, management or similar is desirable, but proven background in relevant sales activity may be sufficient
