Mission

What you will drive

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will:

  • Support the Regional AM Head in executing the regional AM sales growth plan/strategy and contribute to its ongoing development
  • Create, develop and maintain new and existing client relationships including preparing and delivering presentations to clients and identifying opportunities to submit bids
  • Manage all relevant opportunities from initial enquiry through to contract signature/handover, including preparation of bids and negotiation of contracts
  • Provide senior oversight and coordination across the Northern Europe Sales Manager group, ensuring focus on priority opportunities and effective use of sales resources

What makes you a great fit

Required skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Experience in planning and delivering sales activities for selling services in a B2B environment, particularly in renewable energy sectors (wind/solar/storage)
  • Excellent communication skills for leading teams, presenting services, and developing tenders with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong numerical analysis skills for developing cost models for delivering Asset Management under long-term contracts
  • Strong ability to use Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and CRM systems (Salesforce ideally)
