Mission

What you will drive

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will:

  • Support the Regional AM Head in executing the regional AM sales growth plan/strategy and contribute to its ongoing development
  • Create, develop and maintain new and existing client relationships including preparing and delivering presentations and identifying bid opportunities
  • Manage all relevant opportunities from initial enquiry through to contract signature/handover, including bid preparation and contract negotiation
  • Provide senior sales leadership and coordination across Northern Europe, supporting Sales Managers through coaching, peer review and bid discipline

What makes you a great fit

Required skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Experience in planning and delivering sales activities for selling services in a B2B environment, particularly in renewable energy sectors (wind/solar/storage)
  • Excellent communication skills for leading teams and representing RES credibly in client meetings, presentations, and written proposals
  • Strong numerical analysis skills for developing cost models for delivering Asset Management under long-term contracts
  • A degree in business, engineering, management or similar is desirable, but proven background in relevant sales activity may be sufficient
