Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Own individual sales pipeline and dedicated committed contract revenue, ensuring prospective clients spending greater than $50k per year are moved toward closing efficiently and meeting quarterly/annual revenue goals
- Prepare accurate forecasts of client potential spend and estimated closing dates, and hold meetings with existing clients to discuss commitment options for preferred pricing
- Negotiate contracts with emphasis on growing annual recurring revenue, manage assigned client lists, and facilitate product presentations for prospective clients
- Monitor sales phone and inbox during dedicated shifts, respond to client communications promptly, and conduct discovery calls to gather information on pain points and decisionmakers

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in positioning and selling large, complex solutions into the nonprofit sector, with experience in both acquiring new business and cultivating existing relationships
- Proven track record of consistent over-quota achievement within a solutions software vendor environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to build multi-level, consultative relationships including with C-level executives
- Knowledge and experience working within solution-selling or consultative selling methodology, with experience selling/navigating complex sales

- $95,000 yearly base salary (non-negotiable as part of equity commitment)
