Senior Sales Manager, National Accounts

• Generate, identify, qualify, and contact new business leads for the Residential Energy Storage division (EP Cube) and promote the sale of products from the CSI portfolio.
• Establish new relationships with new home builders and construction companies to create new revenue channels and perpetuate Canadian Solar's reputation as a leading manufacturer.
• Meet with existing distribution and installation partners servicing the new home building space to ensure EP Cube is positioned as their top choice.
• Track all customer leads in CRM, use data to meet individual and team KPIs, and partner with internal executives to establish revenue forecasts and conduct prospect reviews.

This role accelerates the adoption of residential solar energy storage, reducing reliance on fossil fuels and contributing to a sustainable energy future by making solar electricity accessible to more homeowners.

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience within the Energy Storage or Battery industry.
• 3+ years selling to new home builders, construction, or other real estate related experience.
• 5+ years B2B sales of tangible technical/electrical products.
• Proven ability to build B2B relationships in construction, qualify leads, and offer solutions; expert presentation and communication skills; high proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.

Competitive salary plus comprehensive benefits including 401(k) Retirement Plan, medical/dental/life/disability program, PTO and sick days. Pay range: $135,000 - $150,000 annual base salary, plus 60% bonus target and other incentives. Full-time position.
