What you will drive

  • Own complex sales cycles from first touch through close, including discovery, solution design, scoping, pricing, proposal development, and negotiation.
  • Close high-impact deals and develop mid-market ownership by transitioning appropriate deals from founder-led to AE-led execution.
  • Generate and manage pipeline through inbound interest and thoughtful outbound prospecting, building trusted customer relationships.
  • Lay the foundation for scale by documenting processes and building commercial systems required for team growth.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 6 to 10 or more years of experience in complex or consultative sales roles with demonstrated success closing six-figure or equivalently complex deals.
  • Prior experience selling in early-stage or founder-led environments, with comfort operating without established playbooks.
  • Exceptional communication and narrative-building ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling commercial value.
  • Strong judgment in ambiguous situations and proven ability to sell in close partnership with technical or scientific teams.
