What you will drive
- Aggressive Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise business opportunities to build a robust and scalable sales pipeline.
- Quota Attainment: Meet and consistently exceed annual sales targets and revenue goals through disciplined execution.
- Consultative Sales Execution: Utilize a consultative sales approach to uncover client pain points and demonstrate how CIBO’s software platform delivers immediate ROI and sustainability outcomes.
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from initial cold outreach and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Executive Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, including agribusinesses, CPGs, and sustainability leaders.
- Market Intel: Stay informed about industry trends and sustainability standards to effectively position CIBO against competitors.
