Senior Sales Executive

Core responsibilities:

• Drive enterprise-level growth by building strong relationships with key decision-makers and pursuing new business opportunities
• Proactively build and expand a self-generated pipeline through strategic market mapping and personalized outreach
• Manage complex sales cycles end-to-end from initial discovery to contract closure
• Initiate and lead high-impact conversations with C-level executives to create long-term, high-value partnerships

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of direct experience in complex B2B sales with consistent quota achievement
• Proven success closing six-figure deals using consultative selling approach
• Demonstrated hunter mindset with track record of identifying and winning new logo opportunities
• Proficiency in pipeline management using tools like Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Compensation and benefits:

• On-Target Earnings (OTE = base salary + variable) of $187,000-$215,000 with uncapped commission structure
