Senior Sales Compensation Analyst - 2666

Core responsibilities:

• Calculate monthly/quarterly commission payouts accurately and timely, manage compensation disputes and escalations, and ensure all payouts comply with company policies, plan rules, and audit requirements.
• Support the design, modeling, and rollout of annual and mid-year sales compensation plans for multiple sales roles, analyze performance trends and plan effectiveness, and develop and maintain documentation and governance processes.
• Own compensation-related reporting, including attainment tracking, payout modeling, cost analysis, and dashboard creation, ensure data accuracy within the incentive compensation system, and prepare executive-level reporting and analyses.
• Partner closely with RevOps, Finance, HR, and Sales Leadership to ensure compensation plans are accurate, competitive, and effectively motivate the sales organization, and serve as a trusted partner by delivering meaningful insights and recommendations.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, financial analysis, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, modeling).
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and at least one ICM platform (CaptivateIQ strongly preferred, Xactly, Varicent, Performio, etc.).
• Ability to manage large data sets with high accuracy and attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and self-driven, intellectually curious nature.
