Mission
What you will drive
- Conduct research and develop advanced technologies and solutions for mobility and transportation optimization.
- Manage the product life cycle from capturing customer requirements to developing solution prototypes and conducting Proof of Concept (PoC) activities.
- Prepare technical reports, presentation materials, and proposal documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with global research teams and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Master’s Degree or PhD in transport-related disciplines with expertise in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in railway operation optimization.
- Working experience in software development design and customer-facing activities.
- Strong hands-on capability in simulation, operation optimization, and digital twin technologies; knowledge of AI/Machine Learning, data analytics, and proficiency in Python, MATLAB, and AnyLogic.
